This 4-course dinner will be catered by Nick Bascle, owner of Londonderry, NH based "Bons Temps Catering" at the home of Maria and Warren Smith, Natick. Each course is specially designed to highlight the unique, vibrant flavors of New Orleans cousine with a fresh New England backdrop.
