Item Special Note
Bidders will pay cleaning fees. $500 minimum. Travel info: This home belongs to a family of nine. We have driven it dozens and dozens of times in a long, sixteen hour drive, starting about 5:30am, getting gas in Arizona, lunch and dinner stops at the Cracker Barrell, and arriving about 10:00pm! We have also broken the trip up into two driving days, staying in Arizona overnight. A few suggestions for flying: Fly to Alburquerque and rent a car and drive three hours, or do an Arizona stopover to Durango and rent a car and its a one hour beautiful drive from the Durango airport. You can also do a Denver/Durango two flight pattern.
