A special thanks to Century Pittsford Wines and Tony Gullace of Max of Eastman Place who have teamed up with wine connoisseur Sherwood Deutsch of Century Pittsford Wines to offer a private wine-tasting luncheon scheduled for Friday, October 6, 2017. Tony Gullace will serve a multi course luncheon with wine pairings led by the knowledgeable team at Century.
2017 Menu:
Amuse bouche- Foie gras profiterole, First Course- #1 yellowfin tuna crudo with radish, ginger, jalapeno and lime, Second Course-Tagliolini with bacon carbonara, quail egg and caviar, Third Course- Wild mushroom fricassee over creamy polenta with mascarpone and shaved truffle, Forth- Course Medallion of salmon with snow pea-enoki salad and sweet pea-wasabi sauce, Fifth Course- Herb crusted rack of lamb chop with olive oil smashed potatoes and rosemary red wine jus, Dessert- Banana crème brulee with pistachio biscotti and salted caramel crèma
