Item Description
Bid on a rustic yet unique camping getaway for up to 12 people at LandPaths' Bohemian Ecological Preserve. Includes an optional guided hike from one of LandPaths' trained docents. Reservations will be made for mutually agreeable date.

Bohemia Ecological Preserve is a 1,000-acre, LandPaths-owned community gem located near Occidental. This remote property offers visitors awe-inspiring views from vast coastal prairie meadows interspersed with stands of old-growth fir, hardwood riparian forest, chaparral, and oak woodlands. The waterfall on Duvoul Creek, a beloved local treasure, drains into salmon-bearing Dutch Bill Creek, one of the most valuable streams for Coho in the Russian River system.
LandPaths envisions Bohemia as an integrated preserve of wild and managed lands that maximizes ecological health and enriches the community’s experience of nature, strengthening their understanding and desire to act for the land and community.
LandPaths is a 21 year-old Sonoma County based non-profit dedicated to sharing the great outdoors through guided hikes, nature education, and volunteer-powered land stewardship programs.
50% of final bid will go towards LandPaths, and 50% will go towards Sebastopol Independent Charter School.

Item Special Note
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9am on Monday, May 15th) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18th, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 15th, at 9am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $4.55.
Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
