Item Description

Made from clay, this delightfully hand painted leaf design birdhouse with a bright orange roof features a useful handle, water drainage holes on the bottom and air venting holes under the roof. This is the first birdhouse made of clay by this artist and is untested as a domicile for birds, but based on the artists research this should make a lovely home for any feathered friend as long as it is brought inside in the winter. This piece is also suitable as a cheery decorative item in any room.

Indoor or outdoor use but should be brought inside before winter. (Birdhouse should be in a shaded area and not out in direct sunlight, unless used for decorative purposes.  It can get very hot in the sun and would not be good for birds.)

Designed and donated by Andrea Akerib
