Calling all hockey fans! The high bidder will receive ONE Learn to Skate or ONE Hockey Learn to Skate Lesson Series (skate rental included) at the Oakland Ice Center.
Sharks Ice at Oakland - the newest ice skating facility in California to be operated by the San Jose Sharks of the NHL - is a state of the art ice facility located in Downtown Oakland that is just waiting to serve your corporate, community or youth group of any size. Our facilities host hundreds of events annually including National Championship hockey tournaments, over the top corporate events, birthday parties and events of all shapes and sizes and more!
The facility, completed in 1995, contains one NHL-sized ice surface (200-by-85 feet) and one Olympic sized ice surface (200-by-100 feet). The facility accommodates ice hockey, figure skating, broomball, curling, speed skating, ice dancing, as well as public skating.
Oakland Ice Center Operated by Sharks Ice, along with Sharks Ice at San Jose and Sharks Ice at Fremont, currently holds the largest number of adult USA Hockey participants (more than 2,400) of any facility in the nation. We feature an in-house pro shop, large meeting and party spaces and a full-service snack bar to serve patrons of all ages.
