The Quiet Life retail store is situated in the bustling and growing area of Highland Park in Los Angeles. Highland Park is quickly becoming the next go to location to shop, eat and drink. Also alongside other great established business’s such as Sunbeam Vintage furniture, Vegan eatery Kitchen Mouse.
This is the Quiet Life flagship store location, and so carries the entire Quiet Life seasonal collections, alongside previous seasons and new quick strike collections too.
Consisting of a large extensive hat collection, including snapback hats, 5 panel hats, polo hats, beanie hats, hybrid hats and bucket hats. You can also find the amazing cut and sew line consisting of woven button down shirts, fleece, jersey t shirts and the infamous outerwear collection with various different styles of jackets.
To compliment the new and current Quiet Life clothing and accessories collections, the store also carries products from other brands such as Field Notes, Delfonics Stationary, Recover iphone cases, Richer Poorer socks, Philley Wood leather gloves Le Feu de L’eau candles and Group Partner poterry.
We also have the amazing shop in shop micro book nook that features different publishers, one at a time. We are currently featuring Hat & Beard press as our book nook publishing company.
The store concept and lay out was curated and created by both Jennifer Pitt & Andy Mueller of The Quiet Life. They have really been able to utilize the bright open space and tall ceiling, with trapeze style lighting above, and white box work shelving and product storage against the original brick work and sand blasted wood work.
The store space has become an extension of The Quiet Life as a brand, using the store space for past and future limited and seasonal releases, and special art and photography events too, which all highlight the over all Quiet Life lifestyle experience.

Andy Mueller was raised in the mid-west on a healthy diet of BMX, skateboarding, music and magazines. At an early age, Andy became addicted to the art of image making and photo taking. In 1993, Andy founded OhioGirl Design, a small design/photo/film studio. In 1997, Andy started “The Quiet Life” with a few friends from within OhioGirl.
In addition to the Quiet Life, Andy works full time at Girl Skateboards as a member of the infamous “Art Dump.”At Girl, Andy’s main duty is to art direct Girl’s shoe company Lakai Limited Footwear, but he also designs skateboard deck graphics to Girl Skateboards and Chocolate Skateboards, shoots photos for Fourstar, Ruby and the other brands within Girl, and contributes elsewhere when time allows. Andy also continues to do freelance photograph, design, and special projects under the name OhioGirl, and co-runs a small “indie” music label called OhioGold Records,
Andy currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, his son Owen and daughter Edie, a cat and bird. He also really likes to play ping-pong and recently picked up his golf clubs for the first time in 15 years….
