This swimming cap from the 2016 Rio de Janiero Olympic games was donated by Lia Neal. She wanted "to donate [the swimming cap] toward such an important cause" - production of our free downloadable water safety album.
In 2015, Neal became one of the first three people of African-American descent to place in the top three spots at the 100-yard freestyle in any Women’s Division I NCAA Swimming Championship ... garnering the silver medal.
In 2016 at Rio de Janiero, Brazil, Lia Neal won a silver medal at the Olympic Games in the Women's 4 × 100 m freestyle relay.
