Item Description
An etching and engraving by the celebrated English artist William Hogarth. Entitled "A Chorus of Singers," it satirizes a rehearsal of the oratorio "Judith" by William Defesch (ca. 1680-1758). A 19th century impression from the original 1732 plate engraved by Hogarth. Image size 6.8" x 6.4". Framed and matted with acid-free materials. Framed size 20" x 16".
