This is NOT a timeshare - Casa de Luz is owned by www.NextLevelAssets.com which is run by WSP parent Arthur Zwern, and operations are managed by a local company www.StayInTamarindo.com. The winning bidder will receive personal support from Arthur and the property managers, who are dedicated to ensuring that every guest's highest expectations are exceeded. Air Travel is not included. Chef services, butler, excursions, child care, transportation available for an additional fee. Typical rates vary from $1400-2000/night except peaks/holidays which can exceed $4000.
