Item Description
Have your choice of one of these three wilderness camps for a weeks stay between June 1, 2017- October 1, 2017:
1. Canterbury, NH: Drive-in Amenities; outdoor cookfire, outhouse.
Sleeps 2 adults, and 2 children. Has a canoe, kayak and rowboat. No motored boats allowed. Pristine, spring fed 60 acre pond with no public access.
2. Millinocket, Maine: Drive-in Amenities; pump-drawn lake water, outhouse, gas cooktop, wood cookstove. Sleeps 6. 15 aerial miles from Mt. Katahdin on Pemadumcook Lake. Next door to White House Landing Wilderness Camps in the middle of "the 100 mile woods" on the Appalachian Trail. Lots of hiking, swimming, canoeing and kayaking.
3. Lac Ladd, Ile de Rene Levasseur, Quebec 750 mile drive and 60 mile flight into camp. Amenities; 12'x16' camp sleeps 4, propane cook-top, pumped lake water, outhouse. Everything flown in. No land access. On 1x21/2 mile lake, only camp for 5 mile radius. Fabulous trout fishing.
