Item Description
Step back in time with four passes to the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West!
Visit the rooms and gardens that witnessed the most prolific period of Hemingway's writing career. Admission includes a 30-minute guided tour of this unique property.
The house was built in 1851 and became Ernest Hemingway's home in 1931. It still contains the furniture that he and his family used. Ernest Hemingway lived and wrote here for more than ten years.
The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum also is home to more than 40 polydactyl (six-toed) cats! Many of these are descendants of Snow White, a white, six-toed cat given to Hemingway by a ship's captain.
The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is a registered National Historic Landmark.
