Item Special Note

Terms: Expires on 5/3/18. Certificate can be redeemed at one Equinox fitness club, winner's choice, excludes Destination locations (Sports Clubs, Printing House, Century City, E Clubs). It is non-refundable, and may not be substiuted or combined with any other offer.

Special Notes:

Terms: Trips longer than 45 minutes incur overtime fees. Gift code expires 12/31/17. One year of membership begins after the gift code is activated.

Payment: Your credit card will be automatically billed after the close of the auction and will incur an additional 3.5% fee.  By bidding on an item you are agreeing to this fee. In addition, all mailed or shipped items will have fees added on as indicated below.

Shipping: Items will be mailed once we receive confirmation that your credit card has cleared. If you prefer to pick up your item, you will have until Friday, May 26th to notify our office and make arrangements.

Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at the following rates (with insurance added automatically as noted below):

• Small Items: Gift certificates and similar items (letter rate under 1 oz.) will incur an additional $1 shipping and handling charge
• Larger Items & Oversized Items:  Only available for pick-up as indicated in item description

Insurance: For items valued over $50, postal insurance will automatically be added to your total at the following rates:

$3 - ($50 -$200 value); $6 - ($200-$400); $9 - ($400-$600)
