Item Description
The King's Roost is a retail shop and hangout for people who like to make stuff! It FEELS GOOD to make stuff... and use it... and share it. They have all the tools, equipment, advice, and encouragement you need!
Place the winning bid on this item, and learn how to make your own bread. You'll learn how to select and blend grains, mill the grains, use and feed the starter, mix the dogh, shape, slash, and bake. This is a HANDS-ON CLASS. The class will sample the bread, with butter you'll churn in class.
You'll go home with a proofing basket, filled with the dough you made in class to bake at home the next day.
The purpose of this class is to give you a complete overview along with the tools, knowledge, confidence and - most of all - the inspiration to keep baking bread!
