Win this item and your child can spend this summer shooting hoops with the popular local basketball league Foothill Hoops. The group's Summer League is open to boys and girls ages 3-15 and runs from June to August;  There are no "zip code" requirements or priorities. Foothill Hoops is a non-profit youth basketball organization with players from La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale, Pasadena, Sunland, Tujunga, Burbank, Eagle Rock and Los Angeles. They are based primarily in the Crescenta-Canada area, utilizing gyms in La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale, and Pasadena. Teams will practice once a week on a weeknight and games are played on the weekends.

Foothill Hoops is dedicated to fun, learning, confidence building, and character enhancement and has a policy of never turning players away due to financial limitations. Over the course of a year, we are proud to serve over 1000 athletes from La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale, Altadena, Pasadena, Tujunga, Sunland, Los Angeles, and San Marino.

• Weeknight practices and Saturday games
• Practices Begin the week of June 5
• First Games: June 17
• No Events: July 1 - 4
• Final Games: August 5-6

All practices and games will be held in La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale, or Pasadena. Practices are once a week, on weekday evenings (after 4:00 pm). Younger players tend to practice at the earlier times. Players ages 12-15 may practice as late as 9:00 pm. Games are on Saturdays with some Sundays used for playoffs. Events on Saturdays are usually between 9am-9pm (younger ages play at earlier times). Events held on Sundays are usually after 1:00 pm. If there is a day of the week your player is unavailable for practice, please let us know by filling out a Request Form at one of the Player Assessment Days.

Practices and games during the summer are typically held at Rosemont Middle School in La Crescenta or at the FIS gym in La Canada.

Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) from Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser. If you are an out of state bidder or a bidder not local to Los Angeles, and would like your item shipped to you, please use the “Ask a question about this item” link above to provide your shipping address so that we can give you a more accurate shipping estimate. Gift certificates will be mailed without a shipping fee. The CEC accepts no responsibility for items and gift cards lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail.
