An afternoon cooking Italian...First Patti will teach you and 3 of your friends or family how to make healthy sausage at home in her country kitchen overlooking Equinox Mountain in beautiful Sandgate Vermont. Then you (this will be a hands-on cooking class) will incorporate the Italian sausage into a nice Italian pasta dish also using Fortuna's all natural, award winning salami. Lunch will be served al fresco starting with an Italian antipasto, Pasta Casalinga and homemade (by you) cannoli. A bottle of Italian red and white wine are included.
Will need to schedule day and time (approx. start at Noon for 2 to 2 1/2 hours).
