The Museum added a new Exhibit gallery in the Dinah Shore Center, children's gardens, children's maze, new multi-purpose building, and outdoor play spaces in 2011. In its first thirteen years of operation, the Museum has served over 883,000 visitors.

•  Palm Springs Aerial Tramway - 2 Tram Admission Tickets:

Good from 06/02/2017 until 12/03/2017. Ticket must be picked up during normal operating hours. Both tickets must be used on the same day. Cannot be used Labor Day weekend or Thanksgiving Day weekend. The Tramway's Annual Maintenance Shutdown is scheduled for September 11, 2017 through September 29, 2017.

•  Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert - 4 General Admission Tickets:

Museum hours are generally 10 am to 5 pm; 1 pm to 5 pm on Sundays. Closed most Mondays from September through November.

•  The Living Desert - Family 4 Pack:

Open every day October 1 to May 31 9:00am to 5:00p and every day June 1 to September 30 8:00am to 1.30pm. Closed December 25.

Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) from Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser.
