Item Description
Become a member of The Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, an organization that celebrates and preserves the arts, architecture, fashion and culture of the art deco era (1920 - 1949).
As a member, you'll enjoy living history tours, vintage immersion dances (vintage clothing, autos, dance and music), field trips to theatre, opera, museums and private homes, as well as the opportunity to see the interiors of historic buildings not normally open to the public.
Active in the preservation of this period's architecture in LA, many of the society's events are held at magnificent Art Deco sites, such as the Queen Mary oceanliner in Long Beach and the Avalon Ball on Catalina Island in the historic ballroom.
This Household Membership offers a couple (2 People/1 Address) all the benefits of membership, which include discounts on ticketed events and invitations to members-only events, plus an opportunity to be part of preserving the history of Los Angeles.
