Item Description
Wish you knew how to make great-tasting cocktails? Here's your chance to learn how: Host a private mixology class for you and 11 friends at Big Spring Spirits! You and your guests will receive a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, and then Lead Bartender Brandon Wagner will guide you through the making of three seasonal craft cocktails, teaching about ingredients, tools, and creating the perfectly balanced cocktail. Recipe cards of all three cocktails will be yours to take home.
Big Spring Spirits distillery, Tasting Room and cocktail lounge border Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, just 10 miles from Penn State University's main campus. The distillery overlooks the Big Spring, which is the source of the award-winning water that is the linchpin of their fine spirits.
Founded in 2014 by Penn State alumni Kevin Lloyd and Paula Cipar, Big Spring Spirits currently produces twelve products including vodka, several rums, gins, whiskies and cream bourbon. They started Big Spring Spirits inspired by their individual talents, as he was looking for his next business endeavor while she is a top-notch interior designer with a remarkable talent for creating sophisticated and eclectic spaces. Together, they share a pride in the central Pennsylvania region they call home--the community surrounding Penn State University--and a desire to give back to that community by creating a business focused on “local” that helps support the local economy through both ingredient-sourcing and tourism.

Item Special Note
