You are bidding on a one-hour change management/career coaching consultation with CpM member Laura Althoff. This session is meant for an individual who is looking to make a change in his/her life. Laura will tailor the session to the individual’s goals, wishes, and needs. You will leave the session with a better sense of stability and confidence as you face a change in your life.
About Laura Althoff:
Laura Althoff is an independent change management consultant working in high tech, having launched her own consulting firm in 2013. She has spent her career enhancing organizational performance, leveraging capacity and supporting transformation having worked in arts fundraising for 10 years, clinical social work for 8 and in organizational development for the last 4.
Laura has extensive experience in coaching and change management, and believes that transitions provide openings for profound growth and success. Her creative problem-solving abilities, ease with uncertainty, and approach to identifying possibilities are reinforced by a career of building business partner relationships in diverse settings. She is committed to organizational missions that promote expression, creativity and service; in forging new and unexpected partnerships; and in the intersection of technology, connection and creativity.
Laura holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. A trained mediator, licensed clinical social worker, and graduate of the Agile Coaching Institute, she is also a life-long choral singer.
