About Lindsay:

I have always felt connected to animals and the natural world. As a young child I spent most of my time pretending I was a wild animal and playing outside. I tried desperately to convince my friends (and any adults that would listen) that I could communicate with animals. I also began creating art at an early age, beginning with illustrations and eventually branching out into other disciplines. I was a quiet, thoughtful kid, and I really haven't changed much since then. In my personal work, I'm interested in exploring relationships between humans and nature, especially those originating within indigenous cultures. Above all else, my main goal is to be successful enough to spread awareness about the fragility of the world we live in and the importance of all its inhabitants.

I grew up in Ann Arbor, MI and received my BA in Art from
Eastern Michigan University. Since then I've experienced a bit of wanderlust, living in Japan, New York, Cape Cod, Vermont, and California. I studied zoology at the University of Vermont and graphic design at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth.

I currently live in Fall River, MA with my husband Dana and our dog, Fizzgig the corgi (aka "Fizzy"; "Bean"; "Fizzy Bean"; "Beanie Butt"; etc).

My photography strives to celebrate the bond between people and their pets, and creates heartfelt, genuine portraits of the beautiful souls they possess.

Item Special Note

Offer will expire 8/31/17. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • We will schedule a meet-and-greet to go over the details and logistics of the photo session (this typically involves coffee and cookies). If you have a busy schedule and are not able to meet in person, we can still accomplish all of this via phone consultation.
  • When the day of the photo session comes, we will meet at the agreed upon location. Hilarity and fun ensues for humans and pets alike! Sessions typically last about an hour, but may end up being a bit shorter or longer depending on your pet's energy level.
  • Photos will be available to view one week after our session. We will meet in person once again so that I can share all of the exciting images with you and help you choose your favorites. At this point, I will also place your order for any prints.
  • Within just a couple of weeks, you will receive beautiful, archival art for your home and be able to enjoy one of a kind images of your best friend for generations to come. In the meantime, you will have five (low-resolution, watermarked) digital files to share with all of your pet's fans on social media.
