Item Description
From the talented people at American Craft Whiskey Distillery and Tamar Distillery, here is a singlular gift item, for a good friend or family member, or perhaps for yourself.
Here is one bottle of Low Gap Bourbon Whiskey, and these people know their spirits. Small cognac stills are superb pieces of equipment, and Crispin Cain is a master at extracting soft, clean, rich, pure, and wondrously flavorful. The review in Malt Advocate that awarded “Artisan Distiller of the year” said, essentially, “we can’t believe we are awarding this to a clear whiskey”. These whiskies are amazingly soft and rich, with beautiful finishes.
Crispin Cain started distilling whiskey for sale in 2010, but he waited for three years before making a bourbon because he wanted to feel completely confident in the process. The mash bill is corn, barley, and rye; aged in selected new bourbon barrels. A number of devotees have told us this is the best bourbon they have experienced. It may turn out to be the best bourbon you've ever tasted.
Item Special Note
The bottle is available for shipping within California at an additional cost of $15, or arrangements may be made to pick up at the tasting room in Ukiah.
100% of the proceeds benefit KZYX.
