Chef Colby Garrelts, who with his wife Megan owns Rye, is a 2013 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Midwest award winner. Chef Megan is a James Beard Semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef. The winner of this prize will share dinner for six at the Chef Counter at Rye—four courses of Midwestern comfort food, made especially for you, with a special cocktail handmade by the bar manager. You’ll also receive autographed copies of Made in America and Bluestem: The Cookbook.
