Item Description
The YAA is an organization for students ages 13 - 18 who are dedicated to the study and practice of visual art. This select group of artists develops ideas and philosophies of visual arts through a variety of technical training, medium experiences, creative projects and community engagement through art. Students in this program enrich their portfolios and resumes, meet local artists and explore creative careers. As part of their artistic development, these YAA members, both alum and current, have worked with an artist mentor to transform these chairs in a style inspired by the work of Richard Serra. These one of a kind chairs will enhance any space with their creativity, expression and overall aesthetic whimsy.
