"The concept of this painting started with a photo of a street scene in France taken on a painting trip last September. The Painting evolved over time in my studio. The influence of Edward Hopper inspires me to work from subconscious mind and express something that is purely my own. It's joyful, yet a challenging exercise to work from the imagination."
