Item Description

Leslie Kramer has an MFA in Printmaking from Rhode Island School of Design and studied printmaking for a year at Stanley Hayter's Atelier 17 in Paris, France. Her one-woman shows and group shows have been seen in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania and New Mexico. Her prints are in the collections of the DeCordova Museum, Lincoln, mA, the Boston Public Library, the Albuquerque, New Mexico Public Library and numerous private collections. She has shown her work locally at CCMoA, PAAM, Cotuit Center for the Arts and the Cultural Center. She is the 2015 honoree of the Brewster Cultural Council. For 26 years, she taught printmaking and was the gallery director at Elmira College, Elmira, NY. She has also taught at Smith College, Northampton, MS and the Rhode Island School of Design.
