Item Description
Dinner for 8 to 10
What started as Kansas City's most talked about dining experience—authentic Mexican cuisine served from custom Airstream trailer—has taken that grassroots success and turned it into one of Kansas City’s most compelling restaurants. Port Fonda also boasts an owner who was a James Beard Foundation 2017 semifinalist for Best Chef: Midwest. This prize takes you back to Port Fonda’s beginnings, with an El Comedor dinner for eight to ten. It features a whole, bone-in pork butt, slow-roasted with a brown sugar/sea salt/chile rub and served with Rancho Gordo beans, salsas, pickled jalapeños, crema, garnishes, and fresh corn tortillas.
Item Special Note
Redeemable at either Port Fonda Westport or Lawrence. Not redeemable for cash value. Alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity not included.
