Enso is Japanese for circle. It's a commonly held Zen symbol for expressing nothingness and Satori or enlightenment.
As Inspirizen says, "In the practice of zazen a zafu (Japanese for sitting cushion) is used to raise the behind a bit so that the knees can touch the ground, forming a centered base that gives total stability."
Inspirizen's cushions are handmade with quality material and professional workmanship.
