This original Golden (Blonde) Raku Standing Buddha Sculpture in a Gesture of Equanimity from Golden Wind Raku is a figurative ceramic sculpture, and gives a feeling of openness and generosity and peace. "What broad, welcoming shoulders he/she has!" says creator Anita Feng.

The raku glaze is a shimmering variation of reds, copper, and blue. . This statue works well in home, office, or on a garden ledge.

Original one-of-a-kind statues, sculptures and wall hangings. Buddhas, Kwan Yins, Angels, Goddesses -- all the figurative sculptures by Anita Feng are created as expressions of equanimity and peace. Each piece is made uniquely, and all are formed in clay, then fired using the special raku firing technique which gives extraordinary vibrant colors.

Anita Feng is a Zen Master teaching at the Blue Heron Zen Community, Seattle, in the Korean lineage of Zen Master Seung Sahn. She is a writer and sculptor of original raku buddhas.
