Item Description
6-course tasting menu for 4 with wine pairing.
In the Old French still in use in Provence, a mas is a stone farmhouse or a small farming estate. Uniquely, all the products that nourish a mas are grown on the mas. Though it is located in the heart of Greenwich Village, Mas the restaurant seeks seasonal ingredients from small organic sustainable farming operation in the countryside surrounding New York City, using this circle of gardens, some of the finest farmland in the world, to form their “estate.” You and three guests will sample chef JBF Award-winning chef Galen Zamarra’s cuisine, with a six-course chef tasting menu and wine pairing.
