Item Description
Maker Nataly Shevchuk of Nata Utala combines two of her favorite things in this stylized clock featuring a seated Buddha: cool vintage vinyl and pristine bold colors.
Vinyl record is simply a "magical material to work with - it is so fragile, but at the same time the finest lines can be carved on it, and the most fantastic ideas can be brought to life."
Nataly's first clocks covered the whole surface of the record with design. Now she "undresses" the record a bit, to show the fabulous texture of its grooves, highlighting and complementing the Buddha detailing.
Nata Utala's Nataly Shevchuk is a teacher living "in a cosy green Ukrainian town."
