Discovery: 30-minute consultation and formal needs assessment with leadership. An opportunity for you to share specifically what you feel your company needs to be more unified and productive. After which they will create a 15-minute tailored, anonymous survey for you and your team. Areas to be assesed include issues that you, the employer, voiced as well as other key components such as team communication, group cohesion, employee morale, a sense of meaning derived from work and creativity/innovation.
Results: 60-minute follow-up meeting with your leadership team to discuss the results and how they relate to your stated needs.
Follow-up Consult: 60-minute consult with your leadership team to begin implementation of solutions, tips, accountability and other tools to move your company forward.
