Item Description
The "hagoita" is a wooden paddle that was traditionally used to play "hanetsuki" (a badminton-like game) during the Japanese new year. These days the paddles are primarily used for decoration. This hagoita features a picture of a Maiko or Kabuki Figure that has been beautifully created out of cloth with metalic adornments.
