Item Description
Dry Diggings and Amador Distillery, El Dorado Hills
Three Whiskeys, One Bourbon
Dry Diggings Distillery and Amador Distillery were both founded in 2008. In 2015, Dry acquired Amador.
You’ll receive one bottle each of Bodie 5 Dog White California Whiskey, Engine 49 Rye Whiskey, Bodie Aged Single Malt Whiskey, and Engine 49 Bourbon.
Bodie 5 Dog California White Whiskey is a new frontier for American Whiskey. This product is a blend of production techniques that allow the spirit to ferment and distill in a way that belies its true grain roots.
Engine 49 Straight Rye Whiskey is a unique rye whiskey that is nothing but 100% rye on the mash bill. Nothing else is added. Other than a small amount of proofing water, all you get is a true rye flavor.
The Engine 49 80-proof Bourbon is a very smooth and easy to drink bourbon, that also provides a deep flavor profile.
The Bodie Aged Single Malt Whiskey is a light grain whiskey that gives a complex blend of the grain, yeast and barrel. There is no smoke or peat hanging over the taste. Very different than a bourbon or rye, and also very different from a traditional Scotch.
