Paradise Ridge Winery, Santa Rosa
Four-Pack of Wine, Wine & Cheese Pairing for 4
Paradise Ridge Winery is a 156-acre Russian River Valley Estate nurtured by the Byck family since 1978. With land stewardship, sustainability, and respect at the core of all they do, their goal is to inspired community while sharing the bounty of Paradise – its wine, art, and beauty.
Paradise Ridge Winery invites you to enjoy a Wine & Artisan Cheese Tasting. Using the bounty of local ingredients from Sonoma County, they offer local cheeses paired with seasonal toppings. The unique tasting highlights the exceptional characteristics of the Paradise Ridge wines; including fruit, tannin, texture and other special nuances.
Right now, you’ll receive the following wines:
2016 Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Grandview Vineyard, Russian River Valley: Clean and fresh, this wine will beguile you with the diverse flavors she delivers.
2015 Estate Pinot Noir, Walters Vineyard, Russian River Valley: An abundance of red fruit, with raspberry and red currant playing the biggest rolls, and some blueberry/ blackberry notes wafting in from time to time.
2014 Estate Chardonnay, Russian River Valley: This wine was crafted especially for those who don’t normally like Chardonnay, and for those of you who do, but like everything in check balance.
2014 Rockpile Cabernet Sauvignon “Elevation”: Diligent winemaking brings you a Cabernet with approachability and charm, and enough depth and structure for cellaring.
