Item Description
Become a coffee expert!
This two-hour class has the tools you need to perfect your coffee routine. A guided coffee tasting will provide context for your flavor preferences, then you'll explore the fundamentals of brewing, and practice making pour-overs of your preferred coffee using some of Counter Culture's favorite home brewing wares. All participants will receive a digital kitchen scale to ensure precision brewing, every time.
Comes with a 12oz. bag of Idido Coffee. The Idido cooperative is located just east of the small, bustling town of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Its members’ farms are situated throughout seven communities in some of the highest-altitude coffee growing areas in the region. Counter Culture works closely with this organic cooperative year after year to select their best coffees, which are known for their sweet and delicate flavors. Look for floral, melon, and citrus notes.
