Item Description
Picture your event in history -- hold a special party or meeting in one of the three rental houses: Chapel, Watkins Reception House or the Parsonage.
Package includes:
Millard's Crossing Historic Village rental for (4) hours Monday - Thursday. (A refundable damage deposit is required.)
CHAPEL
Built in 1905, our chapel seats up to 100 people. The building is both heated and cooled, and is furnished with lovely antique pews and a working antique pump organ. As you seal your marriage vows with a kiss, the Chapel's bell can be rung, heralding the news throughout the Village!
If you would prefer an outdoor ceremony, you can be married under our rose covered gazebo.
WATKINS RECEPTION HOUSE
Built in 1895, our reception house is steps away from the chapel and gazebo. With two working fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a variety of beautiful tables, chairs and buffets, this Victorian house is ideal for your reception. The house can accommodate 50-75 people or 100 people, buffet style. Larger parties may rent tents for additional outdoor seating. Our reception house comes with a lovely bridal suite in which the bride and bridesmaids can prepare themselves for the big event.
PARSONAGE
Perfect for a baby shower, the Parsonage is an enchanting circa-1900 cottage for showers and smaller parties, accommodates up to 30 people, and has full kitchen and bathroom facilities. Your decorations, candles and alcohol permitted. Reservations on a first-come first-serve basis.
