Hooshang Khorasani, self-employed since 1984, has a BFA in painting and 12 years' background as a graphic designer and illustrator of children's books. His award-winning work has been featured in exhibits, galleries and museums across the United States. His paintings are in private collections on two continents as well as corporate and museum collections.
For the artist, "abstract" is a feeling that finally turns into a form - a form that flows. Khorasani paints in layers, adding texture, but it’s as if the paint itself takes part. He is the tour guide, but there’s another participant: His hands are virtually channeled into a universal source of energy. And that energy, in turn, pulses through his brushes and artist tools. This series of work is acrylic on canvas.
The artist has graciously agreed to start the bidding at $300

The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 7-11, 2017. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
