Here is your chance! This gift certificate is for 4 hours of Private Chef services, with Private Chef Tracy Saltzman. She will work with you to plan menus, she will do the shopping, then come to your home to cook and will leave you well stocked with at least three days worth of meals. Leaving you time to enjoy your family and your dinner.
Classically trained Chef Tracy Saltzman has been cooking since she was a little girl in her Grandmother's kitchen. To supplement that education, she attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and the Cordon Bleu in London where she studied French baking and pastry. She has been a Private Chef for 15 years and often works hand-in-hand with a client’s physical trainer to create a personal dietary plan.
She is well versed in all types of cooking, including Vegetarian/Vegan, Gluten Free and Paleo. She has brought her knowledge of healthy, nutritional and seasonal cuisine to a variety of clients including Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper and David Schwimmer.
Item Special Note
Good for four (4) hours of private chef services, including planning, shopping and cooking time. Tracy will do the shopping, but gift certificate holder is responsible for the cost of the groceries needed to prepare the agreed-upon meals.
