Kevin Grady, an Attleboro native, apprenticed as a glass blower in Alameda, CA for several years, studying under glass artist Jaime Guerrero. As a co-founder of Rogue ArtSpace and founder of Kevin Grady Art Glass Design Studio in San Francisco, he helped establish hand blown glass as a collectible art form in the Bay Area. His work has been included in the San Francisco "Arts 4 Aids" auction for 2 decades, and his bespoke chandelier was featured in the October 2014 issue of New England Home Magazine.
"Autumn Vase with Murini" is a three-gather hand blown glass piece incorporating murini crafted by the artist. Created in the San Francisco Bay Area, the color palette was chosen to remind him of autumn in New England.
