Sean James Harrington holds a MFA in Sculpture from Cranbrook Academy of Art, a BFA from Rhode Island College, and a MAT-C from RIC. He is an award-winning artist and art teacher who creates sculptural metaphors of the unknown depths of time and space. He is currently working towards the creation of two public art sculptural commissions.

“Zoomorphic Galaxy” “My Sculptures are inspired by nature and myth. They are metaphors of the unknown depths of time and space. Their ambiguous biological forms explore the conflicts between spirit and reason. They express the fear and wonder of the unknown while embracing the myths and fantasy that seem to calm our worries and give us a sense of immortality,” remarks Harrington.
