Item Description

Acrylic

10" x 10" x 1"

Caitlin Peterson is inspired by ideas in her head as well as what she sees.  She enjoys studying art at the League School of Greater Boston in Walpole, MA which specializes in Autism and Asperger's education.  Caitlin recently exhibited her work at the AAM with other peers in their first public show titled “Facing the Spectrum” and has volunteered at the museum for 1 year.

“Fall Fruit Bowl” is a mix of both observational still life techniques and the artist’s creative liberties.  Caitlin Peterson chose an acrylic color palette reminiscent of fall.  She finds inspiration in animation, her peers and the world around her.
