Night out at The Pilates Practice
Enjoy a night out with friends in our beautiful downtown Foxboro studio. Shake up the usual “meet me out or dinner and drinks” routine. Here’s your chance to try something new or share your favorite class with friends. Our team will tailor a night (or day) of fun and fitness for your group.
Choose an Apparatus, Mat or Barre class and make it a Girls Night, Guys Night or mix it up. Package includes event class of your choice and studio essentials; Pilates Practice tank, toe sox, water bottle and exercise mat).
Option 1
Meet me at the Barre
(Barre class /8 Person) Barre classes strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. The body is challenged with small isometric exercises performed at the ballet barre combined with center work to challenge balance and stability. Drawing on Pilates principles, with a focus on form, our barre classes get results.
Option 2
Let’s go out for Apps
(Apparatus class/4 Person) Apparatus classes utilize the Reformer, Tower or Chairs. Increased physical fitness, strength and flexibility; improved athletic performance and injury prevention are among the many benefits of the Pilates apparatus. Take advantage of this opportunity to try the body transforming Pilates
equipment.
Option 3
“If you fall, I’ll be there” -Mat
(Pilates Mat class/8 Person) The Pilates mat work relies on body weight and gravity and contains some of the most challenging exercises in the Pilates system. Classical Mat is what we practice and we will take you through the Mat series. From top to bottom, it’s a workout.
