"Singleton’s General Store is known by both locals and out-of-state visitors for it’s hand-cut Vermont Smoked Meats. Our in-house cold smoke process creates a unique flavor that will satisfy your taste buds and entice you to come back for more. Unlike many other companies which use liquid smoke to add flavor to their products, our products are smoked for two days in an old cast iron pot, with a few briquettes of charcoal and buckets of dried corncobs in our old-fashioned Vermont Smokehouse. On average we smoke about 300 lbs. of pepperoni a week, along with 600 lbs. of bacon."
