- Item Number
- 138
Item Description
Cut measures approximately 2" x 1" in size and has been hand-signed in blue felt-tip pen by Thomas Ferebee (D. 2000).
Thomas Ferebee was the bombardier aboard the B-29 Superfortress, Enola Gay, which dropped the atomic bomb, "Little Boy", on Hiroshima in 1945.
Incredibly historic and collectible signature. As bombardier on the Enola Gay, Thomas Ferebee was the first person to release an atomic bomb on a target. This was a huge turning point in the history of the world and will hopefully remain something that happened a long time ago. Heirloom collectible.
