Item Description
Join Leslie Evans for a hands-on herbal workshop and learn how herbs were used historically for cooking, medicine, cleaning, gardening, and skin care – and discover how you can still use them at home today. Participants will touch, taste, and smell a variety of plants, and learn how to make some time–tested skin care and household cleaning products. Class concludes with tea and treats – herbal, of course! Recipes and a resource list will be included. For up to 8 people at the Avery-Copp House in Groton, or up to 12 people at a different location.
Item Special Note
Workshop to be held at The Avery-Copp House in Groton, or at a location of your choice. Our historic kitchen can accommodate 8 people. If Leslie comes to you, class can be up to 12.
Class to be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time before Dec. 31, 2018.
