Item Description
Hand made wood sea kayak built by Bill Herrington under the tutelage of its designer, Bill Thomas. Bill is a master craftsman who teaches boat building at the Wooden Boat School in Brooklin, ME. Herrington studied under Thomas and built the kayak at Thomas' shop in Ogunquit, ME and in Herrington's garage in Vermont. Perfect for multiday trips along the Maine Islands Trail and day tripping in the Adirondacks. The boat has only logged about 5 hours on the water on Lake Champlain in Vermont.
