Our Organic Fair Trade Coffee: 

• Loblolly Blonde Roast-Loblolly is our light roast, almost a golden brown, but don't be deceived. For you true caffeine addicts out there, lighter roasts tend to have more of that oh so amazing and addictive substance we call "focus in a cup" (caffeine). So if you really need to get your day jump-started with a bolt of lighting, this cup is for you.
• KnobCone Medium Roast- Our Knobcone blend is our medium roast. In many coffee drinking circles, this most closely resembles a "Breakfast Blend," great for getting your day started. We like to think of it as a workhorse coffee, making it pretty damn good in almost all situations. Brew up a strong cup, take a seat in a quiet place, and get your mind right to take on the day. 
• Foxtail Dark Roast- Bold and delicious, when you grind this bad boy Foxtail blend up it's crazy dark and aromatic. You'll also notice a little bit of a bean sheen that you frequently see with dark roasts. And, this is an espresso roast, so enjoy as such, or brew it to make a great dark roast drip coffee. If you're a rebel like I think you are, grab your favorite jumbo mug and fill it to the top with this incredible black gold. The kind of black gold that makes you feel good on the inside, not the kind that has a tendency to spill everywhere and really mess sh!t up.
