Small class size and an incredibly talented faculty are the foundation of that success.
The school offers a variety of classes, ranging from one time recreational classes to ten-week series to professional diploma programs. Emerging talent in the world of restaurants, organic farming, bloggers, mixology, and artisan foods are part of their dynamic community.
SO FUN!... The only bad news is that I had too much fun so now I want to take all their other classes!... At the end of it all, we got to feast on the results of our hard labor and everything tasted great. Overall, it's a very fun, informative, tasty experience. If you have any interest in cooking, I highly recommend this as a great way to spend a night. It would also make for a great date night! - Soo H., YELP
I have taken about 8 classes here. It is an hour drive for me most of the time and it is so worth it. The instructors work with you no matter your skill level and I always leave with new ideas and flavors for my kitchen. - Bruce B., Facebook
If you are interested or curious about cooking classes, you NEED to check this place out... I never thought I could love school so much... The class was totally fun and you learn to make something to impress your friends and family... SO MUCH FUN! They offer a variety of different savory and sweets recreational cooking classes... - Edie U., YELP
