The CIA is internationally renwoned for its quality chef training programs - and now you can enroll in one of their Saturday Kitchen Classes! Your experience will include instruction and guidance from talented chefs and beverage experts, the chance to explore a specific passion or new interest (like sauces or soups, Indian or Italian...they've got it all).
At the wine-tasting class with WineO, you and three friends will come out with all the tools you need to taste wine like an expert! Your noses and palates are in for a treat with this class, where you'll also get tips for pairings (cheeses and beyond) and practice your new talents with interactive games and a blind tasting.

The CIA class enrollment certificate expires December 31st, 2018. It may be used at any of these CIA locations: Hyde Park, NY; San Antonion, TX; St. Helena, CA.
PLEASE NOTE: In order prevent credit card fraud, if the winning bid exceeds $1,000, The Drama League of New York will require a signed credit card authorization form, a photocopy of both sides of the purchasing credit card (all but the last 4 digits may be blacked out), and proof of identity (state-issued photo ID – private ID numbers may be blacked out), OR payment via check or money order before arranging the prize package for the winner.
